FCCMI’s programs are the operational engine of our Social Enterprise, directly preparing individuals to meet our 75% Job Placement Goal. Every service is designed to move clients from crisis to certified, career-ready self-sufficiency.

Phase 1:  Foundational Stability

These currently available services address the core relational and trauma barriers necessary to create long-term economic stability and prepare candidates for the vocational pipeline.

Marriage & Family Stabilization

We provide specialized, faith-based counseling and dedicated life coaching to resolve relational crises and heal familial trauma. Our focus is on establishing the essential stable home foundation required before clients can fully engage in intensive economic training.

Holistic Intake & Wellness

Immediate placement in safe, protected housing units managed by HavenTrust. Mandatory participation in house meetings and structure is required to maintain residency.

Secure & Structured Housing

Comprehensive needs assessment followed by immediate access to required Community Wellness programs (Pastoral Counseling, Grief Counseling, Life Coaching, etc.).

Holistic Intake & Wellness

Initiation of the **Covenant Family Challenge** and assignment of a faith-based mentor to provide foundational support and accountability.


Phase 2:  Certified Workforce Pipeline

This phase transforms clients into certified, high-wage workers ready for long-term career success.

Vocational Training & Certification

This is an intensive, trauma-informed training curriculum focusing on high-demand, sustainable trades like Advanced Manufacturing. We ensure clients earn industry-recognized certifications, making them immediately marketable to corporate partners and our own LLCs.

Social Enterprise Integration

Clients are placed as paid W-2 employees within our three existing marketplace entities (HavenTrust LLCs). This crucial step guarantees real-world experience, provides immediate income, and ensures clients transition smoothly from training to full-time work culture.

Corporate Partnership

We maintain direct, strategic partnerships with established corporations committed to hiring our graduates. This linkage is the foundation of our high-retention model, ensuring every graduate has a confirmed pathway to high-wage employment and a stable career future.

75% Job Placement Pipeline

This is our core economic success mandate within the Certified Workforce Pipeline. Through strategic placement in our LLCs and network of external employers, we guarantee a high-success rate in securing high-wage, long-term W-2 employment immediately following certification.


Phase 3:  Retention & Asset Building

The final component, providing secure housing and mentorship to guarantee long-term job retention and asset building for clients, minimizing recidivism.

HavenTrust Housing

Managed by our dedicated asset entity, HavenTrust, this program offers secure, structured, transitional housing exclusively to program graduates with confirmed employment. It eliminates housing instability, allowing clients to save and build the bridge toward permanent homeownership.

12-Month Post-Placement Support

The client remains connected to the E-Community network for continued support, check-ins, and mentorship to navigate new job demands and maintain stability.

Financial Stewardship Training

Mandatory training focusing on budgeting, debt management, building a savings strategy, and preparing for future homeownership or educational investments.

E-Community Integration

Formal placement into a lifelong network of peers, corporate, and civic partners who provide ongoing accountability and opportunities for growth.
